It’s been almost two years since we introduced our new online custom stamp ordering site and we’ve received a lot of great compliments on the site from those of you who are using it. We love hearing your feedback - thank you for sending it to us!
Two common questions we get are: 1) How do I get to the site? and 2) Why doesn’t it recognize me when I try to login on the checkout page? Give me just a few minutes of your time and I’ll answer those for you - it’s super easy.
Let’s start at the very beginning. There are two ways you can get to the site. The easiest way is from our home shopping page: https://shop.oexusa.com. See the green button the arrow is pointing to? All you have to do is click on that and Voila! you’re taken to the stamp site.
The other way is to go directly to the site: https://stamps.oexusa.com. (You can bookmark this page to make it even easier.)
Now for question #2. When you use the stamp site for the very first time, you have to create a login and password when you get to the checkout screen because the stamp site and the supply site run independently of each other. (Don’t try to do custom stamps on the supply site.) The cool part is that you can use the exact same username and password on the stamp site that you use on the supply site - you just have to create it the first time you’re there. Neat, right? You don’t have to remember two different logins!
After you design the stamp, put it in your cart and click on Secure Checkout, it will take you to the page below. Enter your information on the New Users option and then click Create New Account. Each time you use the site after that, you’ll login as a Current User.
All that’s left is to complete the shipping and payment screens and submit your order. Payment options are the same as the supply site - credit card or purchase order. (If your company buys from us on net terms but doesn’t use purchase orders, just put your name in the purchase order box.)
