I mentioned to you how much I appreciate Diana and Wendy, but today I wanted to put those words on paper. Most people will send a note/call when they receive bad customer service and won’t take the same amount of time to let people know how much their customer service means to them.  Well “Diana and Wendy” I want you to know how much I appreciate you.  You have never made me feel like that I’m asking too much or that I’m getting on your nerves.  Between the custom stamp pads or where to send the promo items I always feel that you go out of your way to make me feel that it’s not a bother and for that I want you to know how much I appreciate you! I wanted to put this in writing for others to know that the little things that you do on a regular basis means a lot to me!!!

I also want to extend my sincere gratitude to the delivery men, Tony and Steve.  They are such awesome men.  They are so attentive to any wants or needs that are asked of them.  They are very professional and so very polite.  Please tell them thank you for all they do and that they are the BEST!!  I would greatly appreciate that.
