4 Things You'll Love About Our Newly Redesigned Website

We are constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience at OEX. A year and a half ago, we changed software companies and launched a brand new website. We’ve received lots of compliments about it and we’re so glad you liked the change! But, like most things in life, it wasn’t perfect. You let us know what you liked, what you didn’t like, and what features were on your wish list - and we listened. We’ve been working with our software provider as well as some of you who agreed to be beta testers for us (thank you!) and last week we launched the redesigned and improved site!
Here are four of the improvements we’ve made that we think you’ll love:
A Faster, More Robust Search Engine
Our new search engine is MUCH faster than the old one. More keywords have been added also, making it easier to find items and producing greatly improved search results. You can also customize your page view to fit your needs - choose the display layout style, results order, and number of results returned per page.
A Redesigned Category Search
The old categories that used to run across the top of the page have been moved to the left side. Preliminary categories have been combined, creating a smaller list to choose from and the offerings inside each list are more detailed.
Commonly Used Shortcuts at the Top of the Screen
We’ve taken the four most commonly used features and put them at your fingertips at the top of the screen - Rebates & Offers, Quick Order, Favorites Lists and Returns. (Click the image to enlarge it.)
A Simpler, Easier on the Eyes, Streamlined Layout
We’ve simplified the home screen and redesigned the product pages to give you a clearer, less cluttered and easier-to-read view. It’s easier to find the information you need and the product pages give you more information than before to help you make your choices!
