Help! I Can't Find My Toner!

You've probably been in this situation at least once.

The toner (or ink cartridge) runs out in your printer.  You go to your supply closet/cabinet to get another one and ..........AARRGH!  Somebody used the last one and didn't order a replacement! 

You need a new toner, but you don't know the item number because you don't have a box and you don't see the number on the cartridge.

Where's the number??????

There's a super easy way to find the toner that you need.  Just go to our website (shop.oexusa.com) and look in the upper right part of the screen.  See the green highlighted box that says Ink and Toner Finder?  Click on that and it will take you to the selection screen.  

Selection Screen:

Type in the brand of your printer.  (I used HP here.)  The screen will fill with series, model and supply choices.  To narrow it down more, if I click on HP Officejet in the Series section (for example), it takes me to just those models.

Officejet Models:

If you don't see your model listed, click on See More.

Click on your model number and....Voila!  There is the list of the cartridges.  Just click on the color you need and add it to your cart.

Now, some of you may be thinking that's a lot of work and it may seem that way when you're reading all these instructions and screen shots, but in reality, it's only 4 clicks of your mouse and you're done!  All that's left to do is check out.
