OEX Internal Accounting Integration
End User Terms

Last updated October 14, 2026.

Purpose and scope

These end-user terms apply to OEX Internal Accounting Integration, maintained by Office Express (OEX) for authorized internal accounting work involving Office Express and YTI Office Express.

The integration uses n8n Cloud to read customer payment terms from QuickBooks Online and compare them with corresponding business records in SmartSuite. These terms document permitted use and support the integration’s Intuit application registration. The integration is not offered for public signup.

Permission to use the integration

Office Express grants authorized personnel limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable permission to use the integration solely for approved company work. This permission ends when company authorization ends.

Use only company accounts and data you are authorized to access. Do not resell the integration, provide access to outside customers, share credentials with unauthorized people, bypass access controls, or use integration data for unrelated purposes.

Approved workflow

The current approved workflow reads and compares business records to identify payment-term discrepancies. It does not authorize creating, changing, or deleting records in QuickBooks Online, Prima, or FCC.

Changes to source-system records, new uses of data, and expansion of the integration require separate company approval and any necessary account-owner authorization. Available technical permissions do not, by themselves, authorize those actions.

Responsibility for results

The integration supports internal accounting review. Results may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Authorized staff must verify discrepancies against source records before making accounting decisions or changes.

Availability depends on the connected services. Office Express may change, suspend, or discontinue the integration for operational, security, or maintenance reasons.

Data and confidentiality

The integration handles customer payment terms, customer and company matching information, connection information, and workflow results. Users must treat this information as company information, limit access to people authorized for the work, and protect credentials.

Data may be retained in the connected systems and workflow history. Retention must be limited to the authorized business purpose and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Do not sell integration data, use it for advertising, or disclose it for unrelated purposes.

Privacy questions and requests for access, correction, deletion, or information about retention may be directed to the administrator below. The OEX Internal Accounting Integration Privacy Policy provides additional detail on data handling.

Connected services

QuickBooks Online, n8n Cloud, and SmartSuite remain subject to their own applicable agreements. These terms do not grant rights to those services, replace their agreements, or imply Intuit’s endorsement of the integration.

Ending access

Office Express may suspend or end access when authorization ends, misuse is suspected, or business needs change. Users must stop using the integration when their authorization ends.

An authorized QuickBooks company administrator can revoke the integration’s authorization through Intuit. Contact the integration administrator to stop associated workflows and address retained data. Removing an n8n credential alone does not revoke Intuit authorization, and disconnection does not automatically erase retained records.
